I was introduced to James the summer of 2016, my financial advisor of 20 years retiring, and he believed that I should have a conversation with James. It was an incredible warm, longer introductory meeting than we all expected as I was not a good 60 year old individual investor. James did not rush me and is an incredible listener. Personable, educated, wants to understand me as if I were a family member versus simply a client is what I felt. I was onboard based on my gut feeling. James was insistent for me to sleep on it and if other questions call. Now entering 10th year. He educated me in the truth and myths of annuities to put in place income to supplement social security. Under James' guidance I have reaped  more than I thought possible as I shifted into retirement. James is always in the background monitoring and looking for positive positions to suggest for my portfolio. He is gracious when I do not understand or my brain is not in sync with his.
